Founding beta notice

Terms

These terms cover the current free Forge Honor beta. They are not paid-service terms, and the beta does not offer new Checkout or new paid subscriptions.

Effective August 10, 2026.

What the beta provides

The beta lets you generate an army reference and phase reminders from an army export, save owner-private references, track and finish rich games, manage game history, and view aggregate tournament snapshots. You may create and revoke narrow, unlisted reference or game sharing links. Existing customers may still view their subscription state and use the account-specific billing portal.

Generated aids and your input

Use only army exports, notes, and other input you have the right to submit. Do not upload or paste scans, artwork, private data belonging to another person, or material that infringes someone else's rights. Generated references and phase reminders are convenience aids, not official rules, and may be incomplete or incorrect; verify them against the materials you lawfully use before play. You remain responsible for any unlisted bearer link you create. Anyone with that URL can read its limited shared view until you revoke it.

Accounts and beta availability

Keep account credentials private and use the service only through its intended interfaces. Because this is a founding beta, signup or access may be paused while security, reliability, or account issues are addressed. No pause authorizes a new charge.

Beta limits

The service may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn during the beta. Keep any saved references or game notes you cannot afford to lose somewhere you control. Aggregate tournament numbers are informational and may be incomplete or delayed despite the displayed freshness metadata. Dormant preserved reminder-set rows from an earlier product surface are not exposed, editable, or attachable in the current beta. Forge Honor is not affiliated with or endorsed by a game publisher.

Help and deletion requests

Contact reminders@forgehonor.com for beta support, an unexpected billing state, or to start an account-deletion request. Account deletion requires manual verification and is not completed merely by sending an email. Any active existing billing state must be resolved before hard deletion. If the same email is registered again after hard deletion, it is treated as a new, empty account; no old profile, saved references, games, or subscription state is restored automatically.
