Founding beta notice

Privacy

Forge Honor is a free beta for generated army references and phase reminders, private saved references and game tracking, and aggregate tournament insights. This notice describes the data used by the current product; new paid Checkout is unavailable.

Effective August 10, 2026.

Data the beta uses

  • Your email address and authentication state for signup, sign-in, confirmation, recovery, and account access.
  • Army-list text submitted to generate an army reference or phase reminders, plus the generated result while it is displayed. Generated work is stored to your account only when you choose to save a reference.
  • Saved-reference titles, army text, generation data, and the owner-only reference records you choose to keep.
  • Rich game titles, scores, saved phase snapshots, reminder-check state, end-game notes, completion state, and any revocable game share link you create.
  • Compatibility routing for earlier reference URLs and dormant, preserved reminder-set rows. Those rows are not loaded, displayed, edited, or attached by the current product.
  • Subscription status and provider identifiers needed to show existing billing state and open the existing-customer portal.
  • Security and request metadata, such as request identifiers and network metadata, needed for CAPTCHA checks, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and reliable operation.

Authentication and saved data are provided through Supabase, bot checks through Cloudflare Turnstile, email delivery through Resend, hosting and operational logs through Vercel and AWS, and existing billing management through Stripe. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than this app.

Use and visibility

Saved references and full game records are returned only through authenticated, account-owned routes. We do not sell reference or game content. A saved reference or game summary becomes accessible through an unlisted bearer link only when you deliberately create one; anyone with that URL can read the shared view until you revoke it. Shared game responses omit account identity, opponent identity, lists, saved phase text, and other private game detail. Shared references expose only the generated reference selected for that link. Aggregate tournament pages contain no participant identities or raw lists. Generated aids can be incomplete or incorrect, so verify them against the sources you lawfully use before play. Do not put sensitive personal information, scans, artwork, or material you do not have permission to use in an army list or game note.

Storage and retention

Saved references and game records remain until you delete them or a verified account deletion is completed. An unsaved generated reference or phase-reminder handoff can remain only in that browser tab for up to 30 minutes; Game Day uses bounded, account-bound tab recovery before a server save. Each tab keeps its own draft, so removing every unsaved draft requires clearing it in each tab you used and clearing site data separately in each browser or device where you used the beta. Signing out intentionally clears supported drafts in that tab. Account deletion removes the account-owned profile, saved references, games, and subscription snapshot only after any active existing billing state is resolved; a minimal pseudonymous deletion tombstone and security or billing records may be retained for integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. If the same email is registered again after hard deletion, it is treated as a new, empty account. The old profile, saved references, games, and subscription state are not restored automatically.

Earlier generated-reference rows remain quarantined outside the current production database and cannot be fetched by this app. Dormant reminder-set rows are retained without a current UI or attachment path; they are not part of the active product surface. A verified deletion request is scoped across Forge Honor-owned data in both stores while those preserved records exist. Tournament results are prepared as a completed-event aggregate in a separate private capture system. The Reminders runtime receives only the compact published snapshot and freshness metadata; it does not receive participant identities or raw lists. A shared authentication identity may support another Forge Honor service, so we will explain the exact deletion scope and any cross-service effect before removing it.

Your controls

You can manage saved references, delete games, and revoke supported reference or game share links from your private libraries. The beta does not yet offer self-service account deletion. Account-deletion requests require manual verification because they must coordinate authentication, saved references, dormant preserved reminder-set rows, game history, the quarantined reference archive, and any existing billing state.

Contact: reminders@forgehonor.com. Sending a request does not immediately delete an account; the request must be verified before destructive action is taken. We will confirm the expected scope and timing with you before completing it.
